Not online. Not by email. Not on the phone. Make it real.

Depending on where you live, that licensed healthcare professional may follow their name with MD, DO, NP, PA, DC, ND or some other combination of alphabet soup. Learn the laws in your state. Find out who can legally diagnose a medical problem. If you’re getting a diagnosis from someone not licensed to provide one, you are out on a limb. Yes, sometimes the fruit is interesting out there. But, don't look down.

Use your common sense. You are ultimately responsible for your own health.
